We recently came across an online article titled “5 Ways to Make Your Red Wine Taste Better” and since we are all about having our wines taste their best, we had to investigate. And, we were pleased to find that the article on the Sonoma Wine Garden site kept things simple (read “approachable”) and easy. And, nice to know that we here at Stölzle have you covered on a couple of the most important ways they mentioned on how to improve the taste of your favorite reds. After all, of course we always like it when people mention how the quality of the glassware you use makes a difference. The only things we might add to what is an already great easy read are:

We are not scientists or chemists, but drinking a luscious red wine during the cooler (ok, cold) winter months does seem to warm us from the inside out. That’s why when one our favorite reads, Food + Wine, published “14 Comforting Red Wines for the Coziest Time of the Year” we were all in!

More smiles on more faces. #BornInFire #StoelzleForLife Recently we came across an article that speaks about chilling your red wines and the best way to drink them after they have been chilled. Being of an approachable mindset, that article resonated with us because, after all, at Stölzle Lausitz maximizing the enjoyment of our wine is always our top priority.
Maximizing the enjoyment when drinking chilled reds may have a lot to do the timing of when we drink our red wines after they have been chilled, according to the folks at tastingtable.com. But no matter if your timing is good or not, one thing is for sure when it comes to maximizing your wine tasting enjoyment – glassware matters. And, at Stölzle Lausitz, we have always got just the right glass for you. Whether you favor a larger capacity red wine glass or a smaller-sized white wine glass, or perhaps even a single, all-purpose glass, we’ve always got the right glass for the occasion. So when it comes to your reds – chilled, slightly cooled or at room temperature – we have the perfect glass for you. More smiles on more faces. #BornInFire #StoelzleForLife To read more on the best way to drink chilled wines, please visit: https://www.tastingtable.com/963941/the-best-way-to-drink-chilled-red-wine/ Recently, the noted British wine writer for The Guardian newspaper, Fiona Beckett extolled the pleasures of migrating to bigger, richer reds as the nights grow longer and the temperatures begin to drop. Beckett shares her love for some of her favorite values from local UK supermarket stores. As the clocks change and the leaves fall from the trees, we have to agree with that sentiment of seeking out great value reds to add to the cooler, crispier evenings. Lately, our favorites are coming more and more from Spain and seem to be primarily Tempranillo or Tempranillo blends.
