Here's a great short video that gives and "insider's" look to all the quality and attention to detail that goes into the art of making our beautiful glassware. Earlier this year, we celebrated our 130th year of making top-quality, best-in-class glassware. And, today the Stolzle brand is used by restaurants and hotels around the world and by wine lovers everywhere.
Our sister company group - Stoelzle Glass Group - is proud to inform about the furnace rebuild at its French production site in Masniéres.
“Even in currently difficult times, it is our priority to keep on investing in all our sites. In France, the new, extended furnace will enable us to maintain our position as a center of excellence for the manufacturing of high-end flacons and jars for the international perfumery and cosmetics industries”, explains Etienne Gruyez, Président Directeur Général of Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie. Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie, which is located in Masniéres, North of France, will take the opportunity not to simply rebuild its flint furnace, but will significantly increase its capacity. As a consequence to this extension, an additional 5th production line will be installed in order to even better fulfill customer demands for high-end perfumery and cosmetics items. The total investment amounts almost to 20 million €. Construction works will start still in 2020, so that the furnace will be ready for production in January 2021. Congratulations and best wishes for continued success to Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie! Every whiskey wants a great review - from wherever it comes from. And whether those tasting find your favorite whiskey or bourbon to be top shelf or not, you'll know you gave it your best shot when you serve it in America's favorite whiskey glass - the Glencairn Glass. Cheers! https://rarebird101.com/2020/10/13/wild-turkey-kentucky-spirit-1056-a-18-2020/ Not so long ago, Forbes published an article on what exactly defines a “luxury” wine. The article went into attributes such pricing, quality and heritage. They even mentioned that the farming practices involved in the growing of the grapes could play a role in determining whether a wine is “luxury” or not. The article goes on to say "Luxury defies precise definition since it changes with time."
One thing that does not defy description and that we are absolutely certain of, however, is that for wines that you consider to be luxury, our new STARlight Collection is the perfect choice. With STARlight you can maximize your enjoyment and appreciation of your own luxury wine no matter the price, the heritage - or how the grapes are grown. With our STARlight, a special feature of this new series is the thickness - specifically the fineness of the glass. For example, the stem has a diameter that is about ten percent smaller than that of conventional machine-made glasses. And the goblet also has a noticeably thinner wall thickness compared to other glasses from machine production. In this way the STARlight series combines lightness with extraordinary elegance. They are perfect for high-end gastronomy, 5-star hotels and – of course – luxury wines. New STARlight exudes elegance and exclusivity with a high degree of functionality. They also include the usual features of Stölzle glasses being dishwasher safe with a high breakage resistance making them ideal for both professional and home dining. So, no matter what you consider to be your luxury wine, you can always be assured a luxury wine experience with our new STARlight Collection wine glasses.
